SE 7200 - Advocacy and Leadership in Special Education: Strategies, Supports and Quality Control

Description This course will focus on the theoretical foundations and critical issues of advocacy, elements of advocacy planning, and strategies for action. This course fosters the ability to critically analyze key concepts and systems in effective planning and management for inclusive education. Candidates will study the impact of equal academic and social opportunities of specific aspects of educational provision, strategic allocation of resources, and partnership with parents and the community in empowering supportive change towards a more inclusive society.
