PH 4670 - Biostatistics

This course introduces statistical methods and principles essential for understanding and interpreting public health data, with emphasis on real-world applications. Topics include descriptive statistics, correlation, inference, hypothesis testing (e.g. T‑test, Chi‑Square test), analysis of variance, and simple linear regression. Upon completion, students will gain the competence in applying statistical methods to analyze health-related data for decision-making in public health.
