Environmental Studies, Minor

The Environmental Studies Minor examines the relationship between people and their environment, the physical and biological sciences, and important environmental issues. Students analyze historical and contemporary environmental problems by taking courses in the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences. Students might pursue this minor in preparation for a career in environmental research, education, activism, policy or law, among others.
Students take one required course and four elective courses (at least one mush be from the Sciences and the Humanities and Social Sciences categories)

Requirements
Students minoring in Environmental Studies are required to complete five courses (20 credits), distributed as follows: Required Courses: 4 Credits
Elective courses: Science
