SY 4570 - Research Methods II

Credits: 4
Trains students to collect and analyze quantitative sociological data. Topics include appropriate sampling methods, survey research, probability, tests of significance and descriptive and inferential statistics. Students are introduced to statistical logic and concepts and conduct bivariate and multivariate analyses using examples from sociology and criminology.

SY 1500 , SY 4520 ; EMS, Math Proficiency
