BU 7590 - Accounting Research: Cases & Analysis Credits: 3
Description This is the capstone course for the Master of Science in Accounting. The course emphasizes the process of professional research by accounting professionals and provides students with a hands on ability to use the various research sources and tools in the functional areas of financial accounting, auditing and taxation. It is designed to enhance student’s critical thinking skills through the examination of current topics and controversies, analysis of complex situations and effective communication, use of case materials, and a term project.
