BU 4160 - Advanced Business Analytics

The main goal of the course is to expose students to cutting-edge analytical techniques and contemporary software applications used in organizational operations and decision making, including Microsoft Office tools and analytical software with the focus on their business applications. Students will learn to collect, organize, analyze, and present information in a comprehensive manner.

Students will understand the concept of databases and their functions, conduct database queries, introduce big data analytical skills, and perform basic analysis utilizing contemporary analytical packages and programming.
