CS 2550 - Building AI tools

This course equips students with the skills and knowledge necessary to design, implement, and optimize AI-enhanced data management systems. The course is research focused where students from different backgrounds would work together to on a project. The course would be based on leveraging recent advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence including large language models. The course would be project based and project ideas and topics could come from the local community.
