AS 3215 - Crime, Protest, and PolicingCredits: 4 This course will explore the reality and discourse around crime, protest, and policing from the late nineteenth century to the present. We will discuss both the actions and explanations of people who broke the law, the consequences they faced, and the shifting cultural narratives that have formed around the idea of ‘criminals.’
