ED 7026 - Practicum/Research in Childhood Special Education Grades 1-6

Description A supervised practicum/research project is the required capstone course for the degree. The practicum provides the candidates with an opportunity to teach childhood learners with disabilities in a school setting under the direction of a cooperating teacher and a college supervisor. For those students initially certified in special education, an individual research project may be substituted under the direction of the student’s advisor.
