Description Students will learn how to leverage healthcare data and the intersection of technology, people, and processes to develop and assess performance metrics, optimize operational efficiency, manage population health, and inform strategic decision-making to improve patient outcomes. The course uses data analytics to assess health care services, distribute healthcare resources, reimburse providers, contain costs, and continually improve the delivery of health care services.

Prerequisites: Graduate status or Department approval.
