BS 4500 - Cell and Molecular Neurobiology

Lecture course designed to familiarize students with intracellular communication mechanisms and how they are used to promote intercellular interactions. Includes concepts as they relate to neurobiology; ephatic and synaptic transmission; neurophysiology/neuropharmacology; selected topics relating to mental health, narcotic addiction etc.

Prerequisites
BS 2400-BS 2410 with grades of “C” or better; CP 2120; EC II Recommended: completion of BS 4400
